💥 Your mind believes what you tell it 💥
This is a big one, and one we should always be cautious of, if we fill our head with self doubt and self defeating ideas then that is what we believe. Our brains easily focus on the problem, not the solution.
The good news is we can change this just with our thinking.
With self praise, positive affirmations, self belief we can change our thought processes.
Rather than thinking, I can’t do this, rephrase it, what do I need to be able to do this, what steps can I put in place to overcome this.
Positive mindset is key, and being aware when our negative mindset is taking over start to rephrase our mental dialogue.
