Me and Elsa went to see the Christmas tree🎄

Hi all, I realise I haven't posted any doggy photos in a little while. I just haven't taken them, sometimes I need a short break from thinking about it.

I've been struggling a little in the cold and we all know how hectic the festive season gets! I had a bad back injury a month or so ago and it has slowed me down, so I apologise if walks haven't been the best of late. Ontop of that I have hip and knee issues that haven't been helped by the chilly weather. Basically I'm falling apart! 😆

Here I'm doing a food enrichment activity with Bella and Willow. They have to work hard to find their food, instead of having it presented to them effortlessly. This makes treat time more fun and challenging. So.... Enrichment, What is it? Enrichment means engaging your dog in activities designed to stimulate their mind and to keep them physically fit at the same time. ••• Why is enrichment important? Enrichment is essential, not only because it offers a range of health benefits to your dog, but also because it strengthens the bond between you and your dog. It can help decrease boredom and stress and keep your dogs mind active whilst still doing something fun. It doesn't just have to be with treats either, you can do the same with their meal times. Scatter it around the house and let them find it!
