Huge apologies to all my clients that I have let down today and tomorrow. My clutch went on the van today, leaving me stranded waiting for the , who after 5 wasted hours and many phone calls let me down. Still waiting to be recovered big thanks to the 2 lovely ladies opposite my breakdown, bringing me tea and snacks and letting me use their loo, to for bringing me lunch and to for the lift home. And of course my poor mum, who had the kids for far, far longer than planned!

These lovely girls have been saved from slaughter and are looking for new, loving homes.

Available from this afternoon after 2 pm and tomorrow from 10 am near Tunbridge Wells.

A rehoming donation will apply.

Summers Rescue is pleased to announce that we are taking part in the rescue and rehoming of more ex commercial hens on the 24th February.
Working with FPC Poultry Rescue UK, Coppershell Animal Rescue and The Chronicles of the Crazy Rescue Chooks we will be saving 2,500 + girls from slaughter.

We are near Tunbridge Wells in Kent.

FPC Poultry Rescue are in Market Rasen in Lincolnshire

Coppershell are near Devizes in Wiltshire

Chronicles of the Crazy Rescue Chooks are in the New Forest.

A good start to the week with some amazing sunshine on Monday, bit drizzly today but I had an extra “helper” for 1 walk only… .

An unexpected walk event today, we had to rescue a pony stuck in a fence over the footpath to our walk! Pony rescued, fence in need of repair and skinned knuckles for me! A good outcome overall and pony wasn’t injured.
