Please send a big hello and lots of love and kindness to Shiloh! Her new mum brought her in today to help her feel fresh and pampered having adopted her only last Thursday! Shiloh is 6 yrs old, looks like she’s been a mum (probably numerous times) and was abandoned!! Her lovely mum has said it’s as if she’s always been with her, she’s settled so well! As for her visit with us, she was an absolute delight! Yes, she needed constant reassurance but happy and so trusting. You wonder how they begin to trust any human again, but they clearly do.. It was lovely to see her barking with excitement when she saw her mum (of 5 days) arrive to pick her up! 💕💕🐾

Oh gosh!! Just seen this! Can any of you lovely people help? If you can’t get there, you’re welcome to drop towels off to us at Pucci Pets from Monday onwards and we can drop them down to them! (We only dropped stuff down to them last week funnily enough, glad they must have come in useful!!)

It’s such a delight to experience the confidence and trust the pet client achieves during their visit with us. Elsie was extremely nervous when she arrived (you can see in her body language in the first photo) but soon began to realise that we were friends and didn’t intend any harm. I wish I had filmed her to show you her waggily tail by the end of her groom and how she tottered back through our door after stretching her legs outside!
A well deserved Silver Dogloma was awarded to Elsie today 💕🏅

Oh this beautiful little chap 💕 Not SO little, and such a fabulous character. Rehomed around 15 months ago due to sad circumstances but his wonderful new mum brings him regularly to us to keep that magnificent coat under control! Although middle aged, with tender hind legs, he prances in the salon like a little lamb once he’s groomed- he knows he’s clean and smart and must feel good, honestly, it’s like he’s smiling-especially when he sees the treats! (Luca is a Keeshond)

Oh my word! This totally adorable pair have melted our hearts today! 8 month old sisters Dior and Crystal have been such gentle, sweet guests! Trusting us with their little lives as they had no clue as to what was going on today bless them- their first visit to Pucci Pets. So glad they realised we adored them and were happy to make them look even more gorgeous than when they 1st came in!

(Play sound) Daisy definitely deserves to be behind our No.7 Advent window this year! Daisy started out in life being used as a breeding bitch for 2 years at a puppy farm. She was rescued and rehomed to her now forever family. They helped her to walk (she also needed physical support to stand long enough to toilet), socialise and begin to enjoy life. Now, 5 yrs old, Daisy refuses to listen to recall when out paddling in any form of water and has just enough patience to put up with her baby (cocker spaniel) brother before she puts him back in his place 🤣 Loving life!
