⏰🐾 POLITE REMINDER 🐾⏰
This is a polite reminder to all customers to PLEASE arrive and depart the field at the correct times.
⏳Customers arriving late for their appointments must still leave at the end of their booked slot time, if you arrive 10 minutes late, this does not mean you can make up for those 10 minutes at the end as this eats into somebody else’s appointment slot.
⏱️If you are early for your appointment, please can you ensure that you and your dogs remain in your vehicle/outside the gate until the customer before you has left. This is to protect both people and dogs, it can be particularly stressful for nervous dogs if they see other dogs approaching or running around outside their vehicles. We are also near a busy road and would hate to see any accidents involving dogs running onto the road.
📞If you are having trouble with someone not leaving the field on time or trying to gain access during your slot time, please call us straight away using the phone numbers provided on the website so we can help to rectify the situation. Whilst we try to respond as quickly as possible on social media and emails, it is not possible for these to be monitored 24/7.
Please be considerate of other customers and their appointment times. As always, we thank you for your continued custom and support.
