Western Counties Veterinary Association

Western Counties Veterinary Association The WCVA is a regional arm of the BVA and was formed to facilitate the professional development of veterinary staff through seminars and meetings.
(1)

The WCVA has since become one of the most active of the BVA's regional divisions. Membership is open to any Veterinary Surgeon in Devon or neighbouring counties, even if not a member of the BVA. Many vets take a practice membership option to enrol all the veterinary surgeons in their practice. Membership, though it entitles a discounted cost for the CPD program, is not all about work. WCVA is an excellent way to meet colleagues from the local area in an informal environment.

It is with great sadness that we announce past WCVA president and former Starcross VIO Mick Cranwell has passed away. Mick was a huge support to WCVA over the years and will be greatly missed. Our thoughts are with his friends and family at this difficult time.
