Hi all,
Just a quick update lambing live is nearing the end but unfortunately my daughter has managed to fracture her big toe on Monday and also has an open wound infection 😢. We have been to A&E twice this week and now waiting for a referral appointment from Torbay fracture clinic. Sorry for possible delays on dogs which are currently overdue but my family must come first. I'm waiting to hear from torbay before I book any dogs in.

IMPORTANT- SORRY SMALL RANT 🚨
1-Could I please remind everyone to be prompt for their appointments at drop off and picking up please. I don't book out lunch as I'm to busy. I allow 15 minutes between each groom so if you are late collecting it messes up the day. I know sometimes it can't be helped but its happening alot at the moment.
2-All payments are due on the day of the groom please. Cash or bank transfer are accepted and can be done day before the groom if this maybe forgotten. I am chasing up late payments on a weekly basis.
3- Missed appointments are charged at the full groom price . Time is booked out to groom your dog so in the event of a no show that appointment could of been filled by another client on my list.
LASTLY HOLIDAY -I am on holiday 20th Oct until 1st Nov please note the diary is pretty full on my return. I will be turning my phone off to enjoy some family time which I haven't done the whole 12 years of starting up the grooming business.

New appointments available as my little lockdown baby is now 2.5 years old and has started preschool, time flys. First come first serve basis once they are gone that's it folks as my lovely regular clients all book 12 months in advance to avoid disappointment.
