We've been a little bit quieter on our socials recently... but that doesn't mean we're any less busy 😆 in fact it's the opposite!!

A very busy 2 weeks spent at Bicton Arena for their summer tour 🌱☀️🌧 but so pleased with how all the horses performed & lots of experience gained 🤩

Sam - 2 Newcomers clears , =1st 5 y/o qualifier & just a green pole in the 5 y/o Final for his first time in the main ring & on grass
Peter - clears in Discovery & Newcomers
Betty - clear picking up 7th place in a busy Fox
Nash - clear 1.15m, clear =1st 6 y/o qualifier going on to place 3rd 🥉 in the Final
Bella - 4th place 🏅 in a 1.15 & a very unlucky fastest 4ft in a Foxhunter
Zen - his first outing at a show, jumping a super clear in the 4 y/o qualifier & behaving impeccably

A huge thank you to Bicton for all your hard work through the lovely British summer... 😒🙄😂 which was testing at times! And thank you as ever to our owners & supporters!

Super day out at Bicton Arena yesterday... 🤩

Sam (owned by Vicky & Tristan Gosling) double clear in Discovery & double clear in only his second ever Newcomers picking up 3rd place 🥉
Betty (also owned by Vicky & Tristan Gosling) 5th 🏅in Discovery & 4th 🏅in Newcomers
Our own Nashy very unlucky 4fts in 1.15m but a super round 😍
Bella (owned by Hannah Louise ) ended the day fantastically by winning the Fox/1.20 🏆🥇🏆

Thanks to the team at Bicton for putting on a lovely day show for us all & we can't wait to be back for the July tour 🤩

Fab few days away in Wales at David Broome Event Centre with the 5 horses, all stepping up to jump some great rounds, picking up placings, lots of clears & learning so many lessons along the way 🤩

Thanks to all of our supporters & owners and to Holly & Annie who helped at home 🥰🙏

A fantastic 3 day stay-away show for us at Dorset Showground on the weekend, with lots learnt and horses improving by the day 🤩

15 rounds jumped between 5 horses, 11 clears and the rest just very unlucky 4 faults... pretty awesome 😍 unfortunately just out of the money in some classes but we are so pleased with how they all performed & stepped up to their new levels.

A busy & exciting few weeks ahead now with upcoming shows planned, can't wait to finally get going after the longest winter ever 😂

Wild & windy weekend at Chard Equestrian 😂🌬💨🌪 but our horses seemed to not mind & picked up some great results...

Bella (owned by Hannah Dunham) wins 🥇 the Newcomers
Nash jumping a foot perfect clear in only his second Foxhunter to place 3rd 🥉
Hally had a spin around the 1m to finish 5th 🏅
Mac very unlucky last fence down in the 1.30 😖 but a super round
Sam (video) (owned by Vicky & Tristan Gosling) jumped 2 perfect clears in the Novice & Discovery 🤩

Thanks to Chard for putting in lots of effort in the not so ideal weather conditions, greatly appreciated 🙏

A brilliant weekend spent at Bicton Arena in mostly sunshine 🌞

5 y/o stallion Sam (owned by Vicky & Tristan Gosling) behaved impeccably at his first ever show, jumping clear in the British Novice 🏅

Hally jumped a very keen clear in the 1m for 5th place 🏅

Bella (owned by Hannah Dunham) picked up a 6th 🏅in a busy Newcomer class

Nashy picked up a 5th 🏅 in the Newcomers & jumped his first Foxhunter for a couple of mistakes but jumped an awesome round over a tricky course 🤩

Mac was so unlucky to have a fence in the 1.30 but also jumped a super round 🥰

So pleased with them all and lovely to be back at Bicton again 😍

A very belated round up of our past few outings to Chard Equestrian over the last couple of weeks ... 🤩

▪️Nash jumping another clear in the Newcomers with a top 10 finish
▪️Bella (owned by Hannah Louise ) double clear in a Newcomers and a very unlucky last fence down in her other Newcomer class
▪️Mac picked up a 5th place in the 1.30m a couple of weeks ago and he was also double clear in the 1.30m on Friday

So grateful to Chard for running fantastic shows for us to go to all year round! 🙏

In between the shows we have also been very busy at home, with starting young ones with their first steps of education & Mikey has been doing lots of teaching too.
Hopefully it stops raining soon & fingers crossed spring is on the way... 🌼🌞

📌 Price List Update 📌

As of 1st February 2024 we will have the following new price list for lessons and schooling sessions.

Private:
▪️30 minute session - £25
▪️45 minute session - £35
▪️1 hour session - £40

Groups of 2 or more:
▪️45 minutes - £20 per person
▪️1 hour - £25 per person

There is still an extra additional travel fee if we need to travel to you but that is still dependent on your area and the number of hours spent with you for that day etc.

This is now going into our 8th year of business in which we haven't ever changed our prices so we are aware this price increase may affect some of you but with all of the rising costs over the last few years, we have had to unfortunately follow suit too.
We hope to welcome many of you in 2024 and if there are any queries, feel free to pop us a message 🙂

Our last show of 2023 at Chard Equestrian at the weekend was a lovely way to end the year, with all 4 horses jumping clear in their classes and we stayed dry all day...!! 😊☀️

Hally in the 1.05m
Nashville in the Newcomers
Hudson in the 1.10m
Mac in the 1.30m

So pleased with all of the horses, ready to have a break over Christmas before we get going again early next year.

A big thank you to Chard for running fantastic shows all year round and thanks to all of our supporters who help us keep our horses looking & feeling great 😍🤩😍

🤩✅️ Back in action ✅️🤩

Happy to say our arena is now back in use after the fantastic work carried out by Graham Luscombe and his team at Haldon Plant Ltd Groundworks, Equine Facilities and Plant Hire.
We are so happy with the finished project and a huge thank you to Graham & the team for working hard to fit us in at short notice and then get the job done quickly & efficiently.
