Great to Welcome The Laura Horsfall Racing club to the yard this morning to see Jalisco Star and wish her well for tomorrow’s trip to Carlisle. The club also met new horse Barrons Land who is also due to run this week. Fingers crossed she gives the club some more fun days out. Thanks mum for organising breakfast for everyone. ‘Champagne Flo’ wasn’t disgraced yesterday running in a very hot juvenile bumper at Huntingdon. We were running against some very well bred flat horses who quickened to 38mph! Flo is by Kingston Hill and one of our lovely young horses to join the team this season. A few hairy moments in the preliminaries with a field full of unraced youngsters, but Kevin kept her chilled and looked after her. A nice young filly to look forward to for the future. Thank you to her owner Mark Tamburro, Yasmin who rides her everyday, our sponsors Abacus Securities Ltd Heather Kemp and the whole team excited for our season ahead 🏇🏇

A fun and successful open day yesterday. The weather was perfect, Horses looked fantastic and the feedback was extremely positive! Well done team for all the work put in both before and during the day 👏
We are incredibly lucky to have some amazing owners and supporters of our yard. This season we have almost doubled our string welcoming new owners and horses. None of this would have been possible without all the hard work everyone puts in. We have a big dream this season and the countdown has begun. 🏇YARD PERSON
🏇EXERCISE RIDER

*We require an enthusiastic person to work solely in the yard 4 hours per morning . Non riding role 4/5 mornings a week*

*All usual yard duties, mucking out, sweeping, changing rugs, cleaning water drinkers, getting horses on and off the walker etc*

*Person must be confident around racehorses and be able to work quickly and efficiently*

*Also opportunities to go racing*

Due to an increase in horses, we currently require help with general yard duties.

🐎 5 mornings a week
🐎 Mucking out
🐎 Putting horses on and off the walker
🐎 Filling haynets
🐎 Sweeping
🐎 Cleaning water drinkers
🐎 Rugging up horses post exercise.

We are a small, friendly and competitive dual purpose racing yard based near Towcester, Northamptonshire. (NN12 8HN)

Must be confident handling fit and Young thoroughbreds.

Champagne Flo 3yo bay filly Kingston Hill (GB) - Viaduct Annie (IRE) (Kings Theatre) Purchased privately this exciting 3 year old was broken earlier in the year and educated so that she was learning to gallop between 2 other horses – Laura felt it prudent to give her some time to both mentally and physically digest what she had learnt so she was turned away for 6 weeks during which time she has strengthened and grown. Now back in work she continues to show huge potential. If she continues to progress the way she has done she will be ready to run from September. Please get in touch with the team 07976 605094
