Missed Appointments
We have had a lot of clients turning up late for their appointments recently, We always do what we can to try and make sure you are still seen but a lot of the time the vet has appointments straight after and this means we often can't see you on the day you have missed an appointment and we need to reschedule until other day.
🙃We have also had a lot of people not turning up for appointments and not informing us. If you are unable to make your appointment, please call us or email us as soon as you know you wont make it as we have other clients & pets who would take the appointments and could then be seen sooner.
📞We would like to ask if you are running late, to call ahead and we can let you know whether your likely to still be seen or not on the appointment date.
We understand life is busy and circumstances change, and we are happy to help reschedule you to another time more suitable.
We also kindly ask to be kind and respectful towards all members of our team, as we always do try our best to accomodate you.💙
Thanks, Team Animals 1st Vets
