I am the owner of Jayne's Groom Room, I offer 1 to 1 contact with your pooch, I go at the pooches pace with no rushing or forcing. All of the products that are used in my 'Groom Room' are environmentally friendly to ensure that there is no pollution of the environment. To ensure the results, that you as the owner require, a full consultation to ascertain your requirements will be carried out prior

to the groom. Every dog gets a play time after their groom, I always allow extra time for this as I feel it is so important to reinforce positive associations. I do not operate in a rushed manner to maximize appointment numbers. I groom LESS dogs per day to ensure I can give your dog the attention they deserve and ensure their welfare always comes first and provide a calm, safe environment for them. THIS is where I DIFFER from other salons.
