When customers book we ask for a deposit which is refundable if we are given 24 hours notice of cancellation. When booking a reminder is sent out (if we have been provided with the correct mobile number or email address) 48 hours prior to the appointment. We don't charge for cancelled appointments if people give us 24 hours notice minimum.
