Unfortunately due to the increased amount of late pick ups and no shows recently, I am going to have to start enforcing these policies. This isn’t something I’ve wanted to do and have avoided it for a long time but as it is an on going thing, I have no choice.

Everyone will be required to sign a form stating that they understand these new policies which will come in to place as of the 6th of January

Thank you to everyone for your continued support this year, it has been a pleasure grooming all of your furry friends and thank you to all of the new pooches who have joined me this year, it’s been so nice meeting all the new fluffy faces!🥰

🎄Christmas Appointments🎄

Please make sure you are turning up on time for your appointment, I am really busy this month so can’t afford to be behind. If you are more than 15 minutes late I will have to cancel your appointment and you will still be charged.

If you arrive early please wait in your car until your appointment time as I may have another dog/dogs in the salon.

Also please Make sure you are arriving on time to pick your dog up, there will be a charge of £5 every 15 minutes over your pickup time. I don’t have space to be holding dogs from more than one household.
