Let's talk about appointments

As a small business I do require 48hrs notice of any cancellations/rescheduling as I may not be able to fill the appointments with short notice and therefore a fee may be charged to cover this.

As I work on my own and my appointments are filling up fast I cannot guarantee you another appointment straight away and you may have to wait 3/4 weeks until one comes available.

Unfortunately if this keeps happening I won't have a choice but to take a deposit for every appointment going forward.

My salon water pipes are frozen at the moment. I can bathe smaller dogs in my house but not the larger breeds unfortunately.

After an amazing week visiting my sister and husband in sunny Spain I'm back to work today.

I've had 2 rare regular spots come available Mon, Wed & Thurs for afternoon fun group play at my field. We have a fun filled afternoon sniffing, playing and cuddling at the field.
Must be friendly and get on with other dogs, allowed off lead once settled in, travel well (no travel sickness or chewing) and no bigger than a spaniel size due to the size of my crates. Open to multiple dogs from the same house as long as they can share a crate.
No unneutered males.
1 month trial to start

Just to let you all know I will be having a week of R&R from Friday 21st. I'm having round 2 Septoplasty surgery. Hopefully this time it will be successful 🤞

From the 1st March 2023 there will be an increase in my prices to reflect the rising costs from grooming suppliers and utility bills etc.

Prices are based per individual dog by their size, coat condition, groom style, time and work involved.

I will individually inform you all over the next coming week.

This naughty little doggie of mine called JJ thought it would be a good idea to steal a tube of toblerone and yes eat it all 🤷🤦

Luckily he was only left for half an hour until I found out what he'd done. I called the vets and rushed him immediately. One sickness injection and a very sorry looking JJ was allowed home. A few doses of activated charcoal this evening and he's back to normal.

Christmas drop off/collection

As this is my busiest time of the year, I work to a tight schedule to fit everyone in before Christmas, can I please ask that everyone to be prompt with drop off and collections to avoid any delays in my day.

December is now FULL and I'm now taking bookings for January 2023
