We are continuing to make little updates to the field - we appreciate your patience whilst we do this.

The ‘to do’ list is long but the field has proved so popular that we’re having to book out slots to get the upgrades done - it’s a nice problem to have 🤗.

So this week you will see that we’ve added extra mats to the water station near the entrance gate and added a 2nd water station near the picnic table.

Morning - hopefully you will seen the road closure signs if you are visiting us today.

The main road has a partial closure just past Billy Brays Chapel and only for a short distance-so if you access us from Chacewater Hill at Dangerous Crossings then you will need to come via Threemilstone today.

Please note it is a one day closure from 8:30am-3:30pm. Thanks Team Kilters

This post was always going to be written - yep it’s all about 💩!

Sadly we have had an awful lot of missed 💩 in the field over the last few days.

We totally expected that the odd 💩 would get missed but the amount not picked up has been very disheartening.

So couple of reminders when using the field to ensure the enjoyment of all hounds & their humans.

💩 Keep an eye on your dogs
💩Once picked up please use the dog poo bins provided - two placed for easy disposal
💩 If you run out bags there are more provided on the side of the poo bins - feel free to help yourself
💩If you spot a poo please pick it up or let us know and we will clear up

Let’s ensure that everyone gets to use the field without the worry of 💩

We hope everyone has enjoyed their Saturday in the glorious cornish sunshine.

We took ourselves off the farm today and headed to the beach with family & the hounds for a play & some food. Buddy aka Boris’s younger brother posed for some beach shots - how handsome is he.

We only have a few slots left tomorrow so if you are thinking of visiting don’t leave it too long to book ☺️

The topic of conversation 3 weeks ago was gates, fences and more on gates but we’ve now moved onto conversations about signs 😅.

So here’s the first sign for the field complete with QR code….we have many more signs to come but this makes it feel quite official!

It was our first Business Meeting today….the committee were delighted to hear all the paws-itive feedback from the first 5 days of trading.

Boris as you can see was delighted to table his idea of a Halloween competition whilst Levi & Buddy deferred to Dad for his thoughts.

It was unanimously agreed to carry forward the motion so keep an eye on our socials as a competition is pending.

With that agreed, actions were noted & the meeting was adjourned for this week.

🐾 If you run out of poo bags, no need to panic, there are spare bags at the poo bins
🐾 Please pick up after your four legged pals to ensure the field is clean for those that come after you
🐾 You will receive an email & text message 2hrs before your slot with the code for the secure gate
🐾 If you need to add to your booking then please don’t cancel & rebook just get in touch and we can sort for you

We’ve been working really hard to get the field ready which has been a ‘journey’ with plenty of drama with gate deliveries (or no deliveries which was the case twice!).

Not ones to panic though we’ve cracked on & we will be opening on 12th October with our website going live in the next 48hrs & introductory offer hitting your inboxes shortly after.
