You can dress up as Pink Ladies or don your biker jackets for some musical dressage to Greased Lightenin’

It's always a GOOD day at DISCO HQ (aka my kitchen) when I can update our map with another disco ball in a county!

Coach Helen joins us to take on the Sussex region. Helen trained with our outgoing Coach Brenda who ran some fabulous events for us. Now the baton is passed to Helen, who is also a PT so brings a whole new perspective for her riders.
