Dear customers,

Over the past 2 years we have done our best to absorb the increasing costs of bills in order to continue offering our customers fantastic value.

Sadly, April's energy price hikes are going to send our bills and product costs sky high, making our business unsustainable. This means that we unfortunately have no option but to increase our prices in order to remain trading.

Therefore, as of the 1st May our prices will increase by 10%.

I would like to thank you all for your continued support during these difficult times. We believe that we will still offer the highest quality and value, so we hope that you'll continue to trust your pups with us.

And that’s a wrap for 2022!! The Ruffles team are now having a well deserved break after a very busy December 🎄
We would like to take this opportunity to thank all our wonderful customers for supporting our little business and trusting us with your pups. We feel very blessed to have such a lovely customer base and look forward to seeing you again in 2023.

Willow | Hovawart - A very enjoyable Puppy session for this little beauty 🥰

It’s a tad hot outside but we would like to reassure customers that Ruffles is fully air conditioned throughout.
In addition to air conditioning, we are drying dogs with cold air, bathing with cool water and offering barrels of water to drink throughout the groom!
Please take care arriving for you’re appointment, if you need to walk here then we can rearrange. Also, please arrive on time for drop off and collection so we can keep the salon calm for any dogs who might be a bit on edge due to the heat outside.

Stan 💕

As dog groomers, we grow incredibly attached to our furry customers and are heartbroken when they cross the rainbow bridge.

None more so than beautiful Stan, a perfect gentleman who has been taken way too soon. He will leave a big hole in Ruffles heart.

In Stan’s honour, we would like to promote , an incredible charity where Stan was a regular donor and supporter of. His donations were directly linked to saving the lives of several pups, such a hero.

Sleep well super boy, we will miss you x
