At little tinkers we offer half days and full days - a half day is anything up to 5 hours , anything longer than 5 hours is a full day.

When booking your dog in please state if you want to book your dog in for half a day or a full day. If you book in for a full day and decide to come within 5 hours you will still be required to pay a full day.

This is so we can arrange appropriate staffing arrangements and ensure we are not turning other dogs away.

We wanted to inform our customers about an important change to our booking policy. Going forward, we will be implementing a 24-hour cancellation/no-show fee. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your booked sessions will require payment of the full amount for the service you had reserved.

As a small family business, this is not a decision we’ve taken lightly. However, the increasing number of last minute cancellations and no shows is impacting our ability to operate effectively, including our responsibility to cover wages and provide care for the dogs we have to turn away. We hope you understand that this policy is necessary to help us continue offering the best care and service to you and your dogs.

If payment is not made, we will be unable to accept future bookings from that client. We truly appreciate your understanding and continued support as we navigate this challenge.
