Sparky, John and Heavenly are feeling pretty chuffed with themselves about all the interest we have had in our "Pony Pals" after school club. They actually told us they thought it should have been called "The Pony Fans" club!

"Pony Pals" runs every Thursday from 4pm - 5.30pm starting on Thursday 8th of May. Riding, stable management, crafts, games and fresh air! Spaces for the first session are almost full. Please email the office to book your place!

It was a busy Easter Bank Holiday weekend here at the farm! Great to see the XC course getting lots of use and a lovely bunch of campers too! Not forgetting our riding holiday guests and all of our wonderful lesson regulars.

“ Liked: Everything. Bed perfect sleep. Location great for walking my dog. Btw best natural toilet and a separate unrial. Perfect. Also the washing area was the best I have seen. Sure I did the Pod but they also allow tents will be back with my mate. Ps local pub had dinner it was very special and I ate in the garden, bliss.
Disliked: Nothing all great ”

LATERAL WORK
The professor is helping our regular client with lateral work aids. He’s definitely not as forgiving as most horses... unless your balance and aids are ‘spot on’ he won’t help you out! What a great way to learn and establish position, balance, weight distribution and perfecting those key aids for the movement you are trying to achieve. The professor allows us to have a clear insight of the way we need to ride the lateral movements without giving out wonderful horses mixed messages!
Once the movement has been established he also teaches us how to maintain the movement giving us an incredibly realistic feel.
Big smiles and cheers all round when our client totally figured out the half pass 🙌🏻🙌🏻
