⭐️ Chester ⭐️

Chester is a Wire Haired Teckle, he comes to Doggy Detailers roughly every 6 months for a Handstrip.

What is HandStripping?

Hand stripping is a grooming process that involves removing dead hairs from the coat by hand instead of clipping to keep the coat tidy and healthy. Usually completed twice a year in spring and autumn, it speeds up the natural process of growth and shedding.

Stanley had his first visit today at Doggy Detailers for a full groom! Stanley’s owner wanted him a bit shorter to make it easier to manage his coat in this awful weather! ☔️🌧️

Who can’t wait for spring?! I know me and Stanley are looking forward to the better weather!☀️🌅

Barney came in today for Emmi pet teeth clean and a Full Groom!

Barney has been to Doggy Detailers before for his first consult for his Emmi Pet teeth clean and has now come back for the full works!

⭐️ Emmi Pet Teeth Cleaning ⭐️

How does it work?

The Emmi pet ultrasound waves are transmitted through the wet toothbrush bristles with the Emmi pet toothpaste, creating millions of micro-bubbles that pe*****te deep below the gum line & into the smallest gaps between the teeth & gum pockets. This helps push plaque and tartar away from the gum line to be easily removed with correct de-scaling tools.

As you can see in the first photo with Nellie the cockapoo it’s proved to do just the job!

The lovely ozzy came in for a full groom getting him ready for Christmas!❄️🌲

⭐️ HandStripping⭐️

Dennis was back for his Hand strip yesterday and what a difference!

Hand stripping is removing dead topcoat, without clipping, leaving room for the new coat to grow and giving a more natural look. It keeps the dog's coat tidy and healthy, leaving it strong and shiny. It is done by plucking/pulling the hairs out in the direction of growth.

Dennis came in for a Bath and tidy up today. Dennis had a meet and greet last week as he can get a bit of separation anxiety from his family. He was such a good boy for his first time at Doggy Detailers!
