Baby hamsters getting big, will be ready to go from Monday 19th. Friendly babies bred at home so used to being handled. Ideal little pets, still some to be reserved. Both mum and dad can be seen and are very docile good natured hamsters. 2 smooth coated boys and 3 girls ( 1 smooth and 2 teddy) still to find loving homes

Wow what a day, thank you to everyone who took the time to come and view the babies , I'm pleased to say that most have now secured there happy ever after....well all except one. This lovely little boy is still waiting on a family to love him. If you feel he could be the right fit for your family then get in touch. He should be ready by the end of the month depending on how his weaning goes but a deposit will secure. Message direct for any info or pop in to meet him. Complete diets for birds
We now have in stock Fiory micropills. This is a complete food in its own right but should always be supplemented with fresh veg, a little fruit and occasional nuts and seeds. The feedback I have received so far regarding the birds acceptance to this new diet is very positive, it seems to be really palatable and enjoyed by the birds who have tried it so far. We have 2 sizes of Grey parrot adult maintenance and small bags of Amazon/Cockatoo adult maintenance and parakeet adult maintenance. Packed with nutrition it's definitely worth a try especially for picky eaters who don't get a proper balanced diet.

Warning..... cuteness overload!
As some of you already know my little hamster has given us our first litter, she was the perfect first time mum and her babies are gorgeous. They will be coming into the shop this week but wont be available to go to new homes for another couple of weeks once they are old enough. I will be handling them regularly to build their confidence and help them to become perfect little pets. I have cages and accessories available too. Here's a sneak peak of what we have. We have 2 short coats and 5 little teddy bears. Message for details or pop in later this week to see them!

Kakarikis are parakeets native to New Zealand. They are friendly and inquisitive by nature and incredibly active. They are sociable with all the family making them ideal little little pets. Can everyone please keep an eye out for a little cockatiel, unfortunately he managed to escape his home yesterday and his family are devastated. He is a friendly boy and happy to be handled. If anyone finds him or thinks they may have spotted him please get in touch. We are praying this little man makes it home safe. Viewpark area but could have travelled quite a distance

So my babies are getting all grown up, today is the first day they are experiencing feeding themselves on adult food. They don't seem opposed to the idea right enough lol

What a transformation in the hand reared swainsons lorikeet babies. They are spending time in a cage for the first time today and doing great. These guys will be fully weaned soon so pop in and say hello to them!

So the little swainsons lorikeet babies are coming on a treat and growing like weeds. They will be getting brought in on Sunday for hand rearing and will be coming back and forth to the shop with me each day for anyone interested in seeing them. They will be fully weaned by January. Lorikeets are beautiful members of the parrot family native to Australia, highly intelligent birds which are known for their clownish behaviour, they are good natured, friendly and as far as parrots go relatively quiet. They are capable of mimicking human speech and various other sounds. Being hand reared these babies will be cuddly tame, very well socialised and confident, used to all household noises, other pets and car travel etc. lorikeets do not eat seed, they have very specific dietary requirements but we stock what they need. If you would like to know any more about our beautiful babies feel free to pop in and meet them from next week onwards or message me direct.

Baby black headed caique parrot. Beautiful little boy 💙 Caiques are known for their cheeky fun loving disposition, very much the little clowns of the parrot world. Due to their 100 mile an hour attitude to life they can be slightly higher maintenance than some species but they still make amazing pets and can learn to mimic words and sounds. With some time , patience and regular training this little guy will give years of pleasure as a pet and companion. Pop in to see him or message me.

They can learn to mimic words and sounds and once settled become very bonded to their keeper making them ideal little pets and companions. This little baby is a boy 💙. More pics in comments. Mum and dad lorikeet seem fairly excited about getting their nest box back after several months of rest. Hopefully there will be the pitter patter of tiny feet again very soon.
