Our story
Happy Hooves provides a calm and safe environment for clients to work with our animals. Equine Assisted Learning can help to improve self esteem, social skills, communication, self control, emotional awareness, trust and the ability to focus. Horses and ponies are non-judgmental and do not demand eye contact, something that some of our learners find difficult. They are great readers of non-verbal signals, and have a huge amount of love to give. Our ponies have a variety of backgrounds. They vary in age, shape and size but they all have something in common; the ability to provide their people with a feeling of wellbeing, calmness and peace.
