If you would like your dogs coat to be kept long and fluffy just like Teds…then brushing need to be done at home, to prevent any matts forming inbetween grooms🫶
The only way i can remove most matts is by shaving the coat short as i need a small blade
that will fit under the matts. This is the kindest way for your dogs🐾 Brushing our large matts will be painful!
If anyone is unsure on how to correctly bush your dog you will need two types of brushes, a slicker brush and a metal comb (attached a picture of both in the comments) you can get any brand but these just give you an idea!
Start with the slicker brush working though the hair in sections, making sure to brush right from the root to the end of the hair, once throughly brushed though then comb though the hair with your metal comb, this will pick out any tangles you may have missed, if you find any knots go back in with your slicker brush to tease them apart!
