Rosie from our South Molton store recently completed our Farm Sales Apprenticeship to develop in her role as Yard Customer Experience Team Member.

We heard from Rosie what she found valuable throughout the course.

"Completing the Farm Sales apprenticeship at Mole Valley Farmers has been a very valuable experience. I have gained useful skills, confidence in myself and a better understanding of the industry. The apprenticeship allowed me to experience things such as training days, attending shows and engaging with our suppliers.

Mole Valley have been really encouraging throughout the apprenticeship and have always been willing to help and allow me amazing opportunities. I am grateful to have been given the opportunity to complete the Farm Sales apprenticeship."
