"HAPPY NEW YEAR" - this is how we were greeted this morning by our lovely Toby (15 years and 8 months young and still has a very loud voice indeed). Hope you've all had a lovely Christmas and wishing you all the very best for 2025. "Christmas was exhausting - let's have a bit of a rest"!! We will be open from 11.30am today with Pea and Ham Soup, Spicy Parsnip Soup, Bacon buns, Sausage buns, Full English breakfasts and there is even still some Ham and Yellow Pepper Quiche! "It's not great out there, weather wise, but I don't care as I got a new cap and scarf for Christmas!" SHE's been up early again (does the woman ever rest?) and has made Ham and Yellow Pepper Quiche to be served with chips or fries , salad and coleslaw. There will be bacon buns, sausage buns, Full English breakfasts and hot soup too. If you don't come and eat it then I'll tuck into the Quiche because REAL bears do eat Quiche. Open from 11.30am today - look forward to seeing you!

Flowers for Christmas from The Husband!! A VERY busy day yesterday but we survived it! Hope you all had a great time. We will be open from 11.30am today with bacon buns, sausage buns, hot soup and cups of Cadbury's Hot Chocolate. Come and see us - have a walk on the beach too then you don't feel so bad about all the chocolate you ate yesterday (that's my excuse anyway).

Good Morning All, we will be closed today and tomorrow to prep for our Christmas Day Takeaway guests and to wrap pressies and spend some family time! We will re-open on Boxing Day - come and enjoy a walk on the beach and then a well earned bacon buttie! Happy Christmas to you.

Oh, I'm so very, very pleased. Our little "stray dog" has now been reclaimed by her rightful owners . Lots of tears of joy and a great reunion. Thank you so much to everyone who helped with the search. Happy Christmas!

Good Evening Everyone, I'm hoping someone can help. We found a small dog (a sort of Jack Russell/Patterdale type) with tan and black colours on the beach just below our private track at Aldingham this morning. He was on his own with no-one in sight and doesn't have a collar. He's male and neutered and very friendly. He likes Roast Beef lunches but he needs to go home! Can you help? Thanks, Caroline.

"Just to let you all know that not only is Christmas Day, well, Christmas Day BUT it is also my 20th Birthday! I'm hoping that SHE will have time to bake me a birthday cake. She'll be busy though with her "Christmas Day to Takeaway" thingy. A bit of an unusual post for me but we are clearing out all our unused outside bits of kit! This Titan Electric Pressure Washer TTB2200PRW 220W 150Bar 230V was given to me a few years ago. It has a few tools but there seem to be some missing - I've photographed what I have. I've also downloaded the instructions. The plug is badly bent and I don't know if this pressure washer works or not so am selling it for spares or repair to hopefully a handy person who can sort it out! It's heavyweight (too heavy for me to lug about) - 17.3kg. I'd happily accept £25 for sold as seen and collected from Moat Farm.

Good Morning! Just a thought before you rush out to start your Christmas shopping (!!) don't forget that we are offering our "Christmas Day To Takeaway" three course Christmas lunch to be collected from us on Christmas Day! We've taken quite a few bookings already and a lot of people are arranging this as a gift for friends or elderly neighbours (what a lovely and very kind thought and better than a box of expensive soaps to be put in a drawer and forgotten about!).
