Good morning guys, well Elmo is a fighter as she has pulled through the last 24hrs so hopefully is only onwards and upwards from here 🥰

The antibiotics seem to be doing their job as last night she was very active, not talking but that’s understandable with having a tube down her throat!

She also came out of her cage and had some loves off me and video called Michelle to show how much stronger she was ❤️

Thank you everybody for the well wishes and hopefully we will have even better news tomorrow ❤️🥰

We currently have a very poorly Elmo with us in isolation 😢 She was taken to the vets by us this morning and had X-rays ...

We currently have a very poorly Elmo with us in isolation 😢

She was taken to the vets by us this morning and had X-rays and a crop flush as we thought there was a blockage in her crop, due to her poor diet previously it has caused a lot of malnutrition, Michelle who is her owner and rescued her from an awful situation has tried everything to get her off the poor diet but she wasn’t interested in pellets

The next 24hrs are very critical for her and this is why she is with us as we can monitor her 24/7 and make sure she is drinking fluids and eating normally and to administer antibiotics ❤️

Again a massive thank you to Pet Repair Vets for getting us in so quickly

Please send healing prayers and thoughts to Elmo and Michelle through this difficult time 💔

Think we might have reached a point where JoJo is starting to trust me a little bit more 🥰 He was very nervous about stepping up onto me it took a lot of persuasion but he loved it when he was on me! Time, patience and trust is all JoJo needed and in another couple of weeks he will be a completely different bird 🥰❤️
