If you’re a current customer then stick these dates in your diary please! 😃
We’re taking the girls away to see Santa and his reindeers so I’m afraid there will be no walks on Wednesday the 4th, Thursday the 5th and Friday the 6th December! 🎅🎄
If you can sort your own cover then no worries from me, if you’ll still be needing walks then drop me a message and I’ll be sure to get another walker to help out! 😊

And while I’m here, for the Christmas holidays I’ll be finishing up my last walk on Friday the 20th December, back out walking again on Thursday the 2nd! 🐕😃

Good morning all! 😃🐶

Few of the best pictures from last week! A busy 5 days with wee Dougal the cocker joining the group, the cutest, happiest and most playful pup you’ll come across! 😍
We even managed a whole week with not 1 single dog rolling in fox 💩 for once! 😂🙌

Another busy week coming up and still a good few expected to book in if you could send your walks needed over when you get a chance please! 😃

!HOLIDAY COVER! 🏖️
It turns out we have a late flight on Thursday Sep 12th so I’m now just going to work that day, no walks Friday 13th or any the full following week, will be back out as normal come Monday the 23rd.
Anyone that wants me to organise walks from other walkers please drop me a message over the next few days, there’s an EK dog walkers group chat with over 30 of us so I should be able to get you covered easy enough! 😃

The part of this job you expect to happen eventually but is never ever easy, woke up to a message on Friday morning to say that wee Franco had to be put to sleep 😢 gutted & heartbroken for his owners Natalie + Connie! 😩❤️
There wasn’t a dog in the packs that he didn’t get on with, even if he did try his luck winding a good few up most walks 😅 He’ll be missed by us all! 😢

Afternoon all! 😃
Quick update for the ones not in the know as yet and wondering why there’s been no posts on the story this week! 👀
Literally a half hour after putting that post up on Sunday saying no signs of baby etc blah blah blah, Laurens waters then broke! 😅
Isla Bryce Gorman joined us later that night ❤️

Lauren & Isla doing as well as can possibly be, just Mirren that’s timed it perfect in getting loaded with a nasty bug and being the unwell one 😥

No walks for the rest of the week, I think I’ve text the majority by now to let you know. Will give you an update come the weekend to when I’ll be back out with the pups! 😊🐶👶🏼

Afternoon all! 👋

Been a while since I even posted any of the pictures/videos other than the usual daily stories! It becomes a tad time consuming trying to go through the hundreds of pics I snap away each walk and most are just blur trying to capture them all 😅 Will try get back into a routine of doing a weekly round up! 😃

Also while you’re all here still reading hopefully, with Lauren’s due date in 2 weeks and meaning she can go anytime now I may have to cancel walks last minute! The majority of you work from home these days so I know they won’t be stuck inside all day but for the ones that aren’t then let me know this week if you want some help to find another walker for the week or 2 that I’ll be taking off! 👶🏼🐶

To save me sending out 30 odd texts it’s easier to post my Christmas holidays, I’ll be doing my last walk on Friday 23rd and be back on Wednesday the 4th January 🎅⛄️ If anyone needs anything in between then and can’t get cover, just drop me a message and I’m sure I’ll happily still take your dug out 😊

Sorry again to anyone I had to cancel on last week since the van gave up on us once again 🙃
New van is getting picked up late Tuesday afternoon and will be good to go for Wednesday, hopefully this 1 doesn’t decide to go through 5 turbos in 3.5years 😅
Book in as normal for this week please and if I’m too busy since using the car Mon & Tues I’ll let you know 😃

We’re pleased to announce that our Nae Fireworks Night event is returning this year on Saturday 5th of November!

If you’re looking for somewhere quiet to get away and walk your dog(s), in the company of other like-minded owners, then Whitelee Windfarm is the place for you. The Whitelee Countryside Rangers, Whitelee Visitor Centre and ScottishPower Renewables staff will be on site to run the event and do our very best to maintain a firework-free zone - although please understand this can never be fully guaranteed! We recommend that dogs are kept on leads during the event.

Whitelee Windfarm Visitor Centre will be open to dogs, and owners, for hot drinks and cake from 6-9pm - don't forget to bring your re-usable cup to receive a discount off your hot drink and help us reduce our waste.

As always – spread the word that fireworks are not permitted at Whitelee windfarm. They pose a danger to site infrastructure, can cause peatbog fires, and cause distress to the site's wildlife and livestock, as well as visitors…so please don’t bring them.
