💚 Crufts 2025 💚

What a fantastic day! While we may not have placed this time, I couldn’t be prouder of Inca. She stood & moved beautifully and didn’t wiggle too much when the judge went over her which is something we’ve struggled with so a win in my eyes 🤩

We had a fantastic day catching up with our wonderful Arthundur family and had so many supportive friends come and cheer us on 🥰

Congratulations to our winners and everyone who took part, such an intense day for everyone and our pups but you all smashed it 🧡

🤩 It’s Crufts week! 🤩

Just a reminder that there are NO walks this Friday so Inca & I can do last minute preparation and make our way to Birmingham!

Inca will be competing there Saturday and once we’ve been in I will do my best to let everyone know how we’ve got on 🤞🏻

Incas not always a golden girl 🤦🏼‍♀️🦌

Last week while on a walk with me and the crew, Inca took off after deer giving me a heart attack in the process! Unfortunately I was unable to see which way she had gone which was awful! Thankfully after half an hour or so she did come back to the same spot which I am super proud of her for 🧡

So what now?
Firstly, Inca is back on a longline which will help with management as I can grab/keep hold of the line when necessary
I have added bells to her harness which will give any deer the heads up. This should reduce the amount of deer she will see as they’ll move on.
She also has a snazzy tracker on (Tractive) so in the event she does go off again I know where she is BUT this is as a last resort, in theory with the above she won’t have the opportunity to do so 🤞🏻
We will be working on Incas prey drive with .canine.behaviour which I am super excited about and will share Incas progress

🥰 Ending our week with a very special walk to celebrate my 30th 🥰

The crew had a blast with all the fun and games and thoroughly enjoyed the Tuna Birthday Cake! Think this is their new favourite, especially for Lark 😂 there will be more for everyone who didn’t join us today ❤️

So Inca and I did a thing 🤩

Yesterday we attended the Ladies Kennel Association championship show in Stafford where Inca placed 3rd in her class 🤩
As well as this being a big achievement for Inca at a championship show being in the ring with so many wonderful Tollers, this placement means she has qualified for Crufts!

I never thought I would be a show dog mum but here we are 😂 super proud of my little nugget 🧡 and forever grateful for the support we get from my lovely clients and the amazing extended family we’ve gained through her fantastic breeders 🥰

Well this is embarrassing 🫣

After having issues with my phone this morning my van felt left out and went on strike 😩

Thank you to everyone who understood the changes needed to prioritise the dogs at home alone ❤️

I will be in my car again tomorrow but walks will be as usual unless I’ve messaged you differently. The car is set with guards and seat belt attachments so is ready for our adventures 🐾

We had Kerry from Paws and pals pet sitting services join us for our adventure 🐾 Kerry’s kindly joined me and the crew a few times now when I’ve needed an extra pair of hands and the crew love her 🥰

Yes I know what I said 🫣 but look at him! How could I not?! 🥹

Not only is he super scrumptious he’s also super bright and his hooman siblings are doing an amazing job with his training 👏🏻

Another reason why I couldn’t say no to him is because he’s one of Cookies babies who I helped into the world 🥰

He’ll be enjoying some puppy visits from time to time. When he’s a bit bigger he may join the crew for an adventure 🐾
