Yesterday was such an emotional rollercoaster of a day!

3 and a half years ago my oldest fur baby got out of our house and didn’t come back. We spent weeks searching but no sign of him at all.

Mylo is chipped (as are all my cats) so I’ve always hoped that one day I would dine out where he went to and what happened to him. Well yesterday was that day!

I was scrolling through Facebook and noticed a photo of a cat that looked so much like him and the lady was asking if anyone recognised him as he’s been in her garden for the last month! Straight away I sent a message with photos and started comparing them! She confirmed that it was him and he was looking so well and is still such a loving and affectionate cat!

I honestly couldn’t believe it! As soon as I could finish work I went down and picked him up and straight up to the vet for a full check over!

The vet was astounded by the story and confirmed through the chip that it was Mylo. A full check up and apart from a missing tooth, he’s in perfect health and wherever he has been, he’s been well looked after.

My heartfelt thanks goes out to whoever has been looking after him and I wish I knew who it was to thank them properly, but after a long 3 and a half years, my biggest and oldest fur baby is home! 🏡

Another lovely wee visit to these 3 tonight. 💚 from being so shy and scared on their first visit, they’ve come on leaps and bounds. Still a bit wary but becoming more confident each time. I’m looking forward to spending more time with these guys in the future!
