❗️FIELD UPDATE ❗️
The field has thawed out and hasn't deteriorated much before it froze.
It's much drier along the far hedge.
The water feature is still there and is wet along the fenceline nearest the house.
All in all, the field isn't too shabby for this time of year.
The forecast for the next week is dry but cold at times so wrap up warm.
❗FIELD UPDATE❗
It's frozen pretty well, like captured in time.
I've picked it and it's clean.
The ground is that frozen it gave very little under my weight.
The thaw will make it quite a mess once again.
‼️With regards to the conditions underfoot, I'm leaving it SHUT for tomorrow because I'm concerned of dogs potentially cutting their paws. There are some very jagged edges from how it was before it froze. Also, it's quite icy in the car park as well.‼️
Sunday will hopefully see some warmer temperatures.
Those that have booked will be contacted in due course.
Stay safe everyone and thank you once again for your continued support 🙏
Field Update
✅ It's more dry than it is wet. Still a few wet/muddy patches
✅ Picked the paddock this morning and found a few, nothing to get wound up about, so a 🥈 is awarded for your efforts.
✅ Field is open to 9pm every night this week, so you've got somewhere to avoid fireworks etc if needed.
✅Floodlights will be on for those darker sessions.
The condition of the field is much better than this time last year, so here's hoping that it continues for a while longer 🤞
Not much I could have done about this intrusion..... but what a treat whilst pruning the poplars.
Field update!
✅️it's survived Wednesday's rain (we had 77ml here!)
✅️ wet underfoot and the water feature in it's usual place
✅️ the field is open tomorrow (19th October)
✅️ I'm undecided about Sunday, will mull over the forecasts and give an update either later on tonight or tomorrow morning

Pitch inspection 8th October
Tuesday's field condition update.
✅️ wet
✅️ mud in places
✅️ drier weather forecast for the latter part of the week
❌️ winter is here.
The cows and calfs are all in for the winter. We have just weaned the calfs, so they're a bit unsettled at the moment but will calm down in the next few days.
A highly successful afternoon 😆
⭐FIELD UPDATE ⭐
It's dry! Not everywhere yet but it's getting there.
I've mowed around the perimeter as it was getting long and under or around the equipment.
There isn't quite enough grass to mow the whole paddock but I've spruced up the field ready for the weekend.
There is some availability for both tomorrow and Sunday. Monday there is plenty of availability.
All 3 lengths of sessions are available on Monday (1hr, 45 and 30 minutes) and just the 1hr sessions available on Saturday and Sunday.
We can cater up to 10 dogs and are XL bully friendly.
⭐ FIELD UPDATE ⭐
Quick video showing the current condition of the field.
It's wet and muddy by the gate, but once you get past that and head towards the far side of the field it does get drier.
We haven't had any rain overnight which is good and the wind is definitely helping to dry things out, slowly but surely.
Wellies are still very much needed and the means to deal with wet but happy dogs is recommended.
