💚Testimonial from Mandy Bryan.💚
"We run a business buying national hunt foals and producing them for sale or to go into training. We also do this for other people too. Nutrition and feeding are very important to us and we have found a very successful formula which includes CoolStance Copra meal. Apart from producing good condition it really helps the health of the gut. We have had horses that have been on gastroguard after being scoped with grade 4 ulcers and with feeding CoolStance and no gastroguard they have been returned to training with no signs of ulcers after scoping. We feed it with other straight feeds in varying quantities depending on what we want to achieve. It's a wonderful feed when horses come back into work and they need building up but without the heating effects that some feeds have.
The horse in the picture is one we produced from a foal and sold last May. It was the 2nd top lot of the sale at Goffs and the 3rd top price in the history of this store sale. "

🌟Brand Ambassador ⭐️Sasha Erander was competing at Chard last week. All her horses jumped great. Godies in particular did their first world ranking Grand Prix!

Sasha wrote: "She was pure class , and she can absolutely do it! A course that provided very few clears and still finishing in the very top half I will kick myself for a rider error pole but I am so excited by how she felt and her round , to even have a go at these classes for us is a dream come true , we love you so much diva ❤️
Huge thanks always to for keeping her and all the horses on 🔝 form 🌟⭐️"

Well done Sasha 💚🥥👏

We had a great time at the Balmoral Show 2024 last week, meeting loads of new people. It is not just horse owners we meet and that use our products! We loved meeting Gill and her Balmoral Junior Champion Ballinderry Roxy Lady. Roxy loved our Nature's Rewards treats, which help her stay focused in the ring. We look forward to following Ballinderry Dexters 🥥💚

🌿Laminitis🐴
With the arrival of spring comes fresh grass growth and the threat of the 'L' word that every horse owner dreads - Laminitis.
Let's familiarize ourselves with some of the signs so that we can act quickly should we need to.
Signs of Laminitis are:
🌱 A strong digital pulse
🌱 An inability or reluctance to walk or turn
🌱 A rocked backwards stance
🌱 Heat in the hooves
🌱 A shortened stride
🌱 Reluctance to pick up feet
If any of these signs are spotted then the horse or pony should be taken off grazing immediately and managed, such as in a stable or field shelter with a door/gate. Adding a thick, soft bed will help to keep them a little more comfortable while you seek advice from your vet.
It is essential that your horse or pony receives a balanced diet even while being restricted. Our VitaStance supplements are both broad spectrum all in one supplements that are suitable for horses and ponies with Laminitis.

For more information on these products or on feeding laminitic horses and ponies, simply get in touch.

Did you know that your horse cannot function without vitamins and minerals?
A broad spectrum vitamin and mineral supplement is a great way of topping up those that your horse is not getting from their diet. Especially useful for horses that are on small rations, with the added peace of mind that they are getting everything they need.

The Importance of Vitamins and Minerals

🌱Mycotoxins can be found in the fungi that grow on some grasses -mainly paspalum, rye, some weeds and clover. More than 500 mycotoxins have been identified to date. They are more prevalent in hot and humid conditions (spring and summer), heavy rain periods during critical plant development and can also be found in some commercial feeds and hays.
High mycotoxins in a horse/pony's digestive tract can cause mycotoxin poisoning. They can also cause the following without any obvious signs: depleted minerals in the body, decreased immune function, negative impact on the kidneys, liver and reproductive system

🥥CoolStance Copra🥥

CoolStance Copra is made from the white part of the coconut, which is dried, baked and ground to form a highly palatable, premium meal.
In addition to providing your best friend with cool, trainable energy, and being totally natural and GMO free, CoolStance Copra is:
🌾 cereal and grain free,
🐎 great for weight gain and condition if desired,
🍬 low in sugar and starch, and
🍴 a high source of fibre!
Suitable for any horse or pony, even those that are prone to laminitis, suffer from ulcers, excitable behaviour, Cushings, PSSM or EMS.
We recommend feeding CoolStance Copra wet or damp, which makes it into a very palatable mash so your horse/pony gets plenty of fluid - fantastic for those who don't enjoy drinking cold water this time of the year!

To carry on our dog theme 🐶, we have a smaller 500kg pot and refill pouches of Turmericle for dogs.

This supplement is easy to add to any feed bowl. With Turmericle already mixed with coconut oil (CoCoMutty), ground black pepper and Resveratrol, it makes it the ultimate all in one product.

🐶Lets not forget about the dogs in our lives.🐶

Most of us horse owners are accompanied by a dog or two, they too deserve to have happy, healthy tummy's.

CoCoMutty is a powdered coconut supplement, which is easy to feed and has many benefits. The Lauric acid (the main fatty acid in coconut oil) is also associated with having antiviral, antibacterial, and immune-boosting properties. Making it a great supplement for any dog especially those with delicate digestive systems.
