First time with the new massage pad - Equilibrium Heatsense. Shannon is still recovering from kissing spine surgery. Nikki Crampton is giving her one of her regular remedial massages and is using the pad to heat the back muscles up.

So pleased that we've managed to trim Hazel down from last year. She's on very limited grazing and partly stabled which has kept the weight off and kept the laminitis at bay.

Last year was a bad year for Hazel, my rescue Welsh pony. She developed sudden acute laminitis and a condition that looked like sweetitch. She's been on a strict feeding and exercise regime since and I hogged her mane. Now all signs of laminitis have abated and her mane seems to be growing in thick and even. Fingers crossed for a healthy summer '23.
