ABOUT US

We offer a wide range of pet care services including dog walking and pet boarding. We pride ourselves on ensuring that your pet's care and happiness remains our number one priority. In order to offer a service which is personal as well as professional, we offer a free consulation to allow you to get to know me as well as discuss your pet's requirements. Having owned a range of pets mysel

f for many years, I recognise the importance of having a pet care provider which is safe and caring. For example, the van used for transporting the dogs is fully crated, each crate being fitted with a non-spill water dish, and only animals from the same household are ever crated together. When you pay for an hour long walk, the hour begins at the start of the walk, not when I collect your dog from your house, as can often be the case. Rabbit hutches meet with legal requirements i.e. are large enough for the animal to move around and stand up straight in, and an exercise area is also provided. My qualifications for caring for your companion extend beyond being insured and owning my own pets (although both of these are true). I hold a BSc in Animal Management and an Animal Managment BTEC National Diploma. These included study of animal behaviour, training and first aid. My spare time is also rooted in animal based hobbies, with my main passion being the canine team sport Flyball. I have been training and competing my dogs in flyball since 2013.

Last week I received the devastating news that Sue and Graham had to say goodbye to Dillion.
I’ve walked Dillion for over 7 years and very grateful they trusted me with the special boy. He was rather hard work to begin with, untrusting of new people, extreme separate anxiety, chased deers (and people 🫣), and could be dog reactive. I worked with him and overtime he became great mates with the dogs he was walked with including Kismet who he lived on the same street as I used to kick off at and with Paddy who for the first few months of walking to together Dillion was terrified of. Dillion and Paddy friendship Dillion also learnt to be off lead and over the years became a dog a could rely on to help teach the newbies the rules. He got his wish of having his humans home more and that is the only thing I’m thankful for the pandemic for.
Over the last couple years Dillion has come out less often most recently down to one day a week as he struggles with Cushing disease but still loved his time with his friends. He even had a small wrestle with Paddy and Ruby on his Friday walk just a few days before his passing.
My last words to Dillion were “see ya next week pal” like always and though I won’t see him again I’m glad his life didn’t change he didn’t like change.
I learnt so much from Dillion and I will miss him terribly, he truely one of my best success stories. Go have fun with Kismet, Katie and Bertie again big lad your best pals Paddy, Sonny and Ruby will truely miss you down here 💔🐾❤️🐾❤️.

For anyone who was concerned the hounds are happy to announce that the water is fixed and useable today 💦

That’s a wrap, last walk with Baxter as he’s moving out of Leeds. We went back to walk where I could first trust Baxter off lead….on a long line. It’s odd to remember when Baxter has a questionable recall and would resource guide toys he found from the other dogs. In the last couple of years he’s become one of the dogs I can rely on to teach new dogs the ways of the hounds about town. It was great that Sonny was on Baxter’s last walk. The former next door neighbours apparently never got on through the fence but on walks Baxter was definitely a crutch for Sonny helping him grow so much in confidence over the last 5 years.
Thank you to his owner for the lovely thank you gifs and card ❤️.
The dogs and I will miss you so much Baxter but go and enjoy that beach 🏖️.
