PawPurrs Halfway House Cat rescue based in Manchester Pawpurrs Halfway House established charity status in December 2021.

As a Halfway House, we rescue strays, toms, cats in need and pregnant cats, aiming to socialise and rehabilitate them before they are appropriately re-homed; matching them to the right home with the right owners. All our cats are spayed/ neutered, vaccinated and given flea and worm treatments before moving to their new homes.

Hi everyone, unfortunately due to unforeseen recent events we need to postpone the summer fair fundraiser 😔

Thankyou to everyone that has got items ready for it so far and sorry to those who have already began baking, we hope you are able to sell the cakes already baked as individuals or enjoy your beautiful creations.

We hope to move the event to sometime in a few weeks or so, so please keep hold of any items you have for the raffles and event until we announce the new dates.

Thankyou all for your patience at this difficult time ♥

Good Morning to you all I hope I can grab your attention for a moment..
I’m in a financial crisis which is affecting these cats getting to the vets.
I’m panicking trying to pay off Bailey’s bill.
She can come back today, but I need £2500 as Jaqueline is running the marathon today for us. Raising over £500.
Yet I still must get Brick, Ebony and Billu in urgently, but I can’t as I can’t pay for them.. I fear Ebony will die because she’s so thin.

🆘🙏🐾🐈‍⬛ I Can’t BEG anymore than this..

Please 🙏 🙏 Please help me….
I don’t know what to do??

I love volunteering at the rescue as I get to meet the new arrivals but it’s also so hard leaving them, Katie really needs fosterer families, food, litter & toys supplied, you just need to offer a warm loving home.

Abbie is female, approx 3 yrs old. Like many cats who've had a rough patch in their lives, Abbie is a wary of people she's unfamiliar with, but after her initial reluctance she makes very strong bonds with her carers, Abbie is extremely affectionate and likes to chat, she will happily sit on your lap all day long, she's very curious and likes to be in on the action. Abbie has had one eye removed after being attacked by another cat, but this doesn't seem to bother her at all. Abbie is looking for her forever home without other animals or small children. Abbie is vaccinated, chipped and neutered. Home-check and adoption fee applies.
