Two weeks ago River went sick with a gastric blockage. Unfortunately two days after surgery to remove the foreign body he developed peritonitis and was rushed back into surgery to removed 4cm of his intestines.
I'm pleased to report he is making an incredible recovery so far. We are still in early days but taking every day as it come.
Whilst we on the high from Rivers recovery going well so far, I would like to announce a very exciting return to work for the new year and will be returning to my walks from Monday 13th January 🙌
The week before that I will be offering 1-2-1 half hour solo slots to anybody who might want to do a refresher walk or drop in. This is to allow the dogs to know me again prior to my official return on the 13th.
I can't wait to see you all again and get back into a routine!

Thanks to all the lovely messages and people asking after him all the time.
It's been hard, he's not loving the crate rest.. he's not totally hating it either but it's just been a long road so far.
Xrays in another 3 weeks to determine if we're on any winning road to recovery ❤️🩹
I've employed what I refer to as the slow strimmers 🤣 to work their magic on the Activity Field.
The grass has gone crazy during my time off.
Hopefully by tomorrow morning you will be able to see your feet in the grass again 🤣
