Happy New Year Everyone!
Happy New Year!
Thank you to all those who attended the Christmas Dog Walk. It was a nice walk with some new and some old faces. As another year comes to an end we would like to thank everyone who has supported our small business over the years. #dogwalk #dogtraining #christmasdogwalk
Teach your dog to leave food and other dogs
Teaching your dogs to have manners and self restraint around other dogs eating, will make sure all dogs get what food they are meant to, as well as reduces the likelihood of food aggression.

On International Dog Day, remember to celebrate your dog/dogs! …. This is Merlin my cocker spaniel and soul dog. He has been with me since I was at uni (9.5yrs ago). …. Who is your soul dog?
Proud of our Young Dog Play Group! All these puppies are doing so well and you can tell that all the owners are putting in the work outside of the training session which really makes a difference. Put in the work with your puppy when it is young and you will see the benefits as it gets older. It’s been lovely to see all the puppies growing up and becoming confident characters. #dogtrainingactivites #makedogtrainingfun
While you are building up your recall use a lead or long line like this to help you. Remember with recall. Start by getting a solid recall first in your garden, then in a quiet field, then with distractions at a distance, then slowly over time build up those distractions and bribg them closer. First with a lead or long line attached before you take that long line off. Remember recall should take months of continuous repetitive training to teach, not weeks, so put in the hours when your dog is young and it will make walks alot more enjoyable when they are older. #dogsrecall #dogtraining #doglongline
