So... after a year in the magnificent forest: Many adventures have been shared with horse and human. Our noble steeds have carried us though treacherous bogs (puddles), untamed vegetation (a few low hanging branches), ghastly rapid rivers (shallow streams that might reach the fetlock) and ditches that contain all manner of monsters creatures (maybe as big as a rabbit). For William (the 23 year old ginger Tiger Roll wonna-be), when we started riding in the forest, the open land and endless gallop tracks were all too inviting, finding out that trees do not move out of his way was a very strange concept... riding out with William was considered an extreme sport... fortunately for Ben (fat cob that looks like it wouldn’t go faster than a tortoise that had been stood on), riding in the forest with William is now a leisurely stroll... if of course he has been heavily drugged and hobbled. Speaking from experience, we know what is it like getting yourself and your horse accustomed to the harsh terrain that the forest has to offer. We are lucky enough to have a range of horses that can accompany you and your horse in what can be, the very scary forest. If you have a Ben, we will pair you with a William. If you have a William, we will pair you with a Ben, a large whisky and a good therapist. Book now to make everlasting memories, unless of course you hit your head whilst falling.
