I’ve been away for a while following a broken arm but we are back and the rescue have a fabulous raffle on at the surgery so please buy a ticket ! It all helps x
Our supporters might be aware that Feline and Wildlife Rescue Nottingham is run by; three registered veterinary nurses, a student veterinary nurse and a veterinary receptionist/kennel assistant.
Our team is also made up of lots of veterinary professionals and we do everything in our power to be a voice, for the voiceless, in and outside of work.
One of the practices we work at is currently raising funds for stray cats; Bella, who’s fractured pelvis we repaired, Lucifer, who had a fractured leg pinned and Boo, who has suffered with a severe skin condition, having recently given birth.
All of these are pets who have been signed over to the practice or are stray cats, who had no one to care for them!
At FAW Rescue, we are inundated with cats and wildlife, so have been unable to take on these particular cases.
However, through The Vet Nottingham, we are raising money for their care.
We currently have a raffle at the practice, with some wonderful prizes (some are pictured here).
If you’d like to purchase raffle tickets, you can do so by popping into the practice.
Alternatively, if you’d like to donate to any of the cats we rescue via work, you can call The Vet Nottingham, on 0115 8969984 and donate to ‘The Stray and Wildlife fund account’.
All of the funds raised, will go directly to Bella, Lucifer and Boo, as well as the numerous medical bills we have for wildlife in our care.
Without the support and donations of the public and our clients, we just wouldn’t be able to perform major surgeries or take on animals with significant health conditions.
Let’s give more animals a chance at a happy and healthy life! ❤️❤️❤️
