A day in the life of a vet in Bradford PDSA.
“At 2:30pm I start on a mix of different consultations with a team of 4 other vets. In these 10 minute slots we see everything from itchy skin and painful ears, to diarrhoea and vomiting, to new diagnosis of diabetes and old follow ups with previous patients.”
No two days are the same at PDSA, where helping sick pets is our number one priority.
A day in the life of a vet in Bradford PDSA.
“I finish my lunch break at 2pm and my first job is to check the progress of this morning's patients. The cat with the fractured pelvis who I assessed this morning seems to be comfortable, and has been able to urinate, so it’s good news for her owners who can come and collect her this afternoon.”
Reuniting owners with their pets is part of what makes working for PDSA so rewarding.
