What a pup! What a character!. This little livewire was with us for 3 weeks whilst her hoomans were on holiday. Stevie was staying with family local to us.

What a 3 weeks it's been!!! I have never returned back from a walk more covered in mud than I did on my Stevie walks. Every inch of the woods, mud baths included were searched and explored. She has more energy than the Tasmanian Devil but is so sweet and well behaved. Absolutely loved my time with Stevie and hopefully its not goodbye just see you next time your parents jet off 😜😁

Stay classy Stevie (and by classy I mean an absolute mud fiend 🤣) ❤️

I have to hold my hands up... I've been a little rubbish with my social media updates this week.. so here is most of the week's walks... SOMEHOW we managed to dodge more rain today (only poor Milo was caught in it) Woods are still reasonably dry under foot, but that isn't going to last long! Bit of desensitisation training for Ginny this week. It is super important when doing this the sheep are never worried and the dog is completely under control. Allowing Ginny to look at the sheep but make positive choices to come back to me is key. Eventually she will discover the sheep are boring and we are more fun, she's still just a pup and learning 🥰 #adventuresarewaiting #flokisfriendsdwt #carlisledogwalker #bramptondogwalker

I'm down in Bradford helping out with some family stuff so Floki is spending the weekend at his second home. In the words of Tess "being a positive role model" to the pup Moss 🥰🥰

Monday afternoons searching for shade and cool breezes between the trees 🥰

Mountain day adventures! Floki determined the route as we spent all day following streams and tarns! Lots of water stops (and the ability to refill his water bottle) and by going high it meant we dropped a couple of degrees off the temp and there was a lush cool breeze... Remember as it gets hotter we have to consider our walks/runs with our dogs, Floki is fit, has a big snout and tongue to cool him down and loves water. Have fun in the sun team!
