On the 14th of September 2025, Jill, Rach, my mum and I took on an incredible challenge – cycling 100 miles to raise funds for Marie Curie.
At mile 80, the storm hit – torrential rain and 30mph winds battered us as we dug deep and pushed through to the finish. It was tough, but nothing compared to the strength, compassion and dedication shown every single day by Marie Curie nurses.
Marie Curie is there for anyone facing a terminal illness, and for the families who love them. Wherever you are, whatever the illness, they bring comfort, dignity, and care – at home, in hospices, and over the phone. With 75 years of expertise and pioneering research, Marie Curie is also a powerful voice for better end-of-life care for all.
This vital work depends on donations. By sponsoring us, you’ll be helping to ensure that no one has to face the end of life alone.
