Please join us in welcoming the newest member of the GBSR family — Prada 🥺💗

is a 2-year-old female who has sadly been surrendered into our care. She was a much-loved girl, originally rehomed with a trusted friend due to struggles living with the resident dog. Unfortunately, that trust was broken when the friend sold her online 🥺.

Her original owner — who had raised her from a pup — was devastated to receive a call from the dog warden letting him know Prada had been found living on the streets 🥺🙁

He immediately brought her home, but the issue with the resident dog remained, and with a very heavy heart he made the decision to surrender her to us. We ask for kindness and no judgment — it’s clear he adored her and this was an incredibly painful situation for him ❤️‍🩹

Prada arrived with all of her belongings and is now safe with the lovely Emma in the Midlands — one of our brand-new fosterers. Welcome to the team, Emma! ❤️

Understandably a little unsure at first, Prada has been given plenty of space to settle and decompress. Thank you, Emma, for providing her with a calm, loving environment.

At first glance, Prada appears to be in wonderful condition — a clear sign of the love she’s known 🥺❤️‍🩹

She’ll be booked in for her health check soon, and we’ll keep you all updated on her journey.

For now, please give a warm welcome to Prada 🩷

Welcome to Geordie Bullies!

Thank you for visiting our page and wanting to learn more about us. Geordie Bullies is a breed Specific English bulldog Rescue. The Rescue was founded by Helen Edwards and Clair Knox both from Newcastle who both are very passionate about the breed we know and love. The charity was formed in 2016 when Helen and Clair recognised that there was a huge amount of bulldogs being sold or given away due to breed related issues, those being used as a commodity and were at risk.

The charity at present has over 80 volunteers/fosters around the UK. We are a non profit organisation and rely solely on donations from the public to rescue and rehabilitate the bulldogs in our care. We only use foster homes for our bully babies. Every bulldog that arrives with us is spayed/neutered, vaccinated, wormed and micro-chipped before it is re-homed.
