Harry taking his off season training very very seriously with his new amazing equipment from Muntjac Trading thank you so much for his mini game bag, toddler size dummies and whistle. He’s all set now and I don’t think I even need to be there anymore!
Curly Coat Retriever Training Day!
Great day meeting and working with a whole group of curly coat retrievers so nice to meet so many of them in one place and have an awesome training day with them, hearing all about their history and showing. And then setting exercises to build confidence and complexity in their retrieving. Can’t wait to work with you all again. Highlights from the most amazing training day. Today we ran a walked up training day with 4 novice spaniels and 4 novice retrievers. What an amazing day with steady spaniels, great retrievers, Brilliant guns and wonderful food and hospitality. Thank you Jenifer Lawson and Jim for hosting us.
Adams courses will be restarting in October. Putting this together actually got me quite emotional. Holidays are highlights for us. We have run them properly for 2yrs now and each holiday the progress of clients in 3 days is unbelievable. Adam and I are so immensely proud of the progress of every client on every holiday we have done. But to run the last holiday of the summer season on game and scented ground and have back clients who live all over the country, who have taken advice from previous holidays and gone away and worked hard, and to see them come back and have improved so much in the year is literally why we love our job! Well done everyone. You are truly ready for the shoot season and we both wish you all a great season!

When harry went to bed with mavis still “cooking” and woke up to puppies. Here was his reactions. 3 days in and they are all doing well and harry is soooo gentle with them. He really does have the best childhood!! #puppies
Epic holiday yet again! You can see by the laughs that these holidays really are something special! 14 retrievers this time took to the ground in the Midlands from scotland to hampshire to northern ireland! We has so much fun stretching this amazing group of retrievers over 3 days, with group work, memories, distnace handling, blinds, water, obstacles and so much more! More highlights to come!
