‼️ IMPORTANT‼️ FRIDAY RANT!

Today we did a wee training session in the park. Working on our recall and not interacting with passing ‘random’ dogs who we don’t know. All my dogs were amazing! But, please remember:-

When walking your dog in a public space - Don’t allow your dog to approach dogs you don’t know. Not all dogs are friendly. Some dogs are nervous, some maybe lead reactive , recently had surgery… the list is endless.

Dogs in my care, their safety is paramount. Your furbaby is my furbaby.❤️

Sharing isn't always caring!

So many incidents and in home fighting between dogs could have been avoided if humans didn't expect dogs to share resources.

Leaving toys, food, balls and bones lying around only creates tension and competition.

Dogs cannot share!

Even when it might look like they are sharing, It's only because the don't value the particular item enough.

It's all about perceived value of the item.
They simply assess whether or not the item is worth competing or fighting over.
