Due to inflation prices will be increasing from April this will include medium, large breeds also poodle and bichon X breeds.
I still feel as though I am reasonably priced for the service I offer.

So here they are!

Nella our rescue beagle who we've had for 4 years previously a breeding dog then left out and found as a stray we were lucky enough to have been able to re home her through stray aid ❤️

Marty our standard Dachshund who we brought home as a pup 2 years ago today! He's very vocal but loves a cuddle can't sit down with out him being on your knee 💙

Autumn our wire haired Dachshund who is our newest addition who we've had since November she's an absolute whirlwind and loves an early start but she has fit into our family perfectly 💜

I know I've posted this twice before but never really carried it out... it's just a reminder from now on anyone who doesn't show up to an appointment or with out giving me 24 hour notice to fill the space will be expected to pay for the groom. I will only offer out a new appointment when the payment has been sent, I still have bills like anyone else and can't get dogs in for cancellations as quickly as when I was based in the shop. Sorry to post a negative post but I've let it go too many times and I just can't afford to keep loosing out 😢 if anyone needs a reminder or would like a reminder sent closer to an appointment time just let me know!

Also my poor baby Autumn is in the vets having a snapped tooth removed 🦷 I'm beside my self and wish she was back home 💔

Well I'm done for 2023 thanks to everyone for another busy year I understand I'm not the easiest to get to but it honestly means so much that you still choose me I absolutely love my job and I'm so glad I can continue to do what I love it wouldn't be possible without all of my lovely customers.

Thank you so much for all of my cards, presents and tips and sorry to anyone I haven't been able to squeeze in this week it's been very busy and I can only do so much on my own.

**CANCELLATION POLICY **

Can I just remind everyone that if an appointment has been missed or cancelled with in 24 hours before the appointment full payment will be expected. All future appointments will not go ahead or a new booking until this has been received.

Sorry to have to do this but I'm just loosing too much by letting the same dogs not showing up or cancelling at the last minute.

Cancellation/no show policy.

I've had a number of dogs cancel or not show up over the last few weeks so unfortunately I will be charging in full for any appointments that have been missed if I have not been given atleast 24 hours notice. I get we all forget at times but it's my only income and i want to be able to carry on doing a job I love for as long as I can.

I hope you all understand.

After working Saturday's since the day I left school 15 years ago, today is my last one. It's time to make memories with the family on a weekend as both my little ones start school full time.

As of Monday my new working hours are:

Monday 9 - 4
Tuesday closed
Wednesday 9-4
Thursday 9-4
Friday 9-3
Saturday closed
Sunday closed
