This is Marley, Marley is about 16 and looking for a forever home with a nice warm lap to sit on to see his days out. He's currently homeless and in desperate need of a home. Please Note the new payment terms. I'm sorry but yet again I've sustained another cancellation. So I have to protect myself.

I'm only a small business and have been turning customers away all year, so it's not at all helpful to have cancellations for me or other of my customers who could have booked in. I will be contacting customers to see if they still need a space for the dates in question.

Please can I highlight the Requirement to tell me you no longer want a booking. I have basically been dropped in it multiple times over Easter, I have turned SO many customers away who could have booked in if I'd have known about the cancellations. Yes I take a minimum deposit but in the grand scheme of things that doesn't cover an empty pen! I do not want to start taking large deposits so please please tell me in plenty of time if you no longer require the bookings.
I'm a small business and I rely on customers keeping me updated with booking changes.
