For All of you who rarely see me (not Ross!) Or have never seen me....this (and a Tiny Huma) would be why. Every time you message us, contact us on social media or online, unless you have specifically asked for Ross it's me you get. It's me behind anything online and paperwork.
Ross IS the shop without question, he will always be the face of the shop and the one with more years of fish experience than I'll ever be able to catch up on 😂 There is no shop without Ross. But it takes a team...and there are two of us ☺️

Going through my paperwork today and find his notes on the invoices. Ross and I couldn't be more grateful to this wonderful human. You have made working so much easier and to be able to fully trust someone with our baby is incredible. Thank you for all that you do 🫡

It puts us in a very awkward position. We are a small business and we are not in a position to hire nor pay anyone. This is a weekly occurance and I'd love to say they come with letters or CV's, but more often than not it's just ; "you got any jobs going".
This is a shop we've worked up from nothing. It's our whole lives and passion and if we ever were in a position or desire to take anyone on, it would not be from a message.
Please do not ask us something we are going to have to say no to and often then spoken to rudely when refused.
