Available groups lessons slots are available to the end of March.

Mid - end of each month I will open up the slots for the following month for bookings.

Private lessons slots also available for bookings.

Half term pony days are now live and bookable

✅ own your own pony week ( intermediate level)

✅ pamper pony day ( off lead WT- C level)

Remember load your basket as there is a processing / booking fee of £2 per basket

Good Evening

We are going to send our new online booking system live on Tuesday 21st January in time for February’s bookings.

☑️ Please ensure you have registered properly.

☑️ Please ensure you have registered riders to your account.

☑️ You will always get an email confirmation of your bookings and orders.

☑️ You will have the convenience of checking and managing your own bookings via the app

☑️ Stay up to date with push messages and bulk notify emails.

☑️ Please Note any of you that ride in a SEMI PRIVATE SESSIONS with the second rider under a different account holder please ensure that the two accounts have been linked via friends under the “friends section “ of your profile before making a booking.

The office will Still be staffed and we are still here at the end of the phone line and emails if any of you hit any teething problems whilst navigating around this new platform.

Please remember this system is new to our staff as well as you and it may take a while to use to our new methods but I can ensure you that in the long run it will be much easier and more convenient way of doing things.

REMEMBER You can also download the EC Pro App from the Apple App Store or Google play store

We hope that you enjoy using this online booking system however we will still be taking bookings in the office as normal either in person or via the phone.

We are currently on the search for some experienced yard staff for afternoon work to assist our current team finishing off afternoon / evening stables.

Duties to include but not limited too
* catching in
* changing rugs
* picking out feet
* making feeds and feeding
* finishing off livery horses.

Hours available either
2pm - 6pm
or
4pm - 6pm

Monday - Friday

Weekend work available if required this position could also suit a collage student or exam student who may have some free time available but MUST have experience with handling and working with horses.

There will be a £2.00 hat hire charge for each rider / session that needs to hire a hat !
This can be added to your order in your basket before checkout

For clients to register on our new booking system

Some clients have failed to add a rider to your accounts Correctly.

So I am here to help

please follow the steps below on how to link a rider to your account this a very important step for our admin team to be able to add all your January bookings manually this will also prevent you booking sessions once this system launches and goes live.

AS WITHOUT RIDERS ATTACH TO YOUR ACCOUNT , you will not be able to book through this system.
as you have all successfully created a account already please follow the next few steps

Click ' My Account "
Go to " Mange Riders "
Click " Add Riders"
Fill out the riders registration form with your riders up to date details ( your childs details )
Adults over 18 years old click " Register myself as a rider"
Fill out the form
please read the horse riders code of conduct then
Press Submit
you can then manage your riders from your account home page under the section of " My Riders'

for siblings or clients with more than 1 child please add additional riders on the SAME account.
this will then give our admin team the information need to grade our riders and be able to add your January Bookings

IMPORTANT NOTICE !

ANYONE THAT HAS A BOOKING IN FOR JANUARY and has failed to register correctly by this SUNDAY 12th January will potentially be at risk of losing that slot or space in the group lessons.

As the system will show any unfilled / un assigned slots as available and bookable.

Everyone that has registered an account already but failed to add riders have all been emailed already by the system.
