Good Monday morning to you all

Just wanted to let you know that Lorraine came off her motorbike 🏍️ at the weekend and has broken her right hand 😞 her hand is currently in a cast and may need an operation 😬 lucky enough it was just the broken hand and some colourful bruising!

Because of this we will be contacting some of you over the next few weeks to change appointments, so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause some of you.

Love it when I can convince a customer to add a little colour to her doggy’s tail. Her favourite colour is pink so I did his tail mainly pink with a hint of purple and blue.

This isn’t permanent and washes out after one wash. So if you get bored you don’t have to wait for the colour to grow out 😊.

I only use the brand OPAWZ as it has amazing results and is very gentle on coat and skin.

Gentle reminder to all of our customers that timing is very important especially this time of year 🎄

We have been very lenient with late fees lately but have found people are just turning up when is best for them. We can not offer the level of service we are wanting and it’s not fair on other dogs who are nervous etc.

So now we will be charging late fees for people who are late collecting their dogs

Rachael is doing the training ready for the new year with emmi-pet and will be certified.
