My Brand Values 💫

I’ve been working on my brand values and what matters most to me and one of the key issues that I keep coming back to is this:

✌🏻Pride in great service. It amazes me now how many times I buy something online or even in a shop and once that sale is done the customer is completely forgotten about. If there’s any issue with the product or service I’m met with the same attitude. “It’s not our problem anymore”.

Small business mentality to me is about caring for your customer and the service you provide. Have some pride in what you do and what you offer. If there’s an issue then work hard to solve it.

Small businesses generally rely on reputation and I want mine to be a good one
