Our Story

At Carla and Chris’s Happy Pets we believe that unconditional love deserves a reward and we treat our customers and they're pets as family.

We have only been running this business for five months now but we have a good few customers and they have left some lovely reviews on our website and our page. Me and Chris have had a lot of experience with animals in the past, my auntie has had a lot of animals and I have been brought up with them, I have walked her dog and looked after her cats and Chris has looked after animals as well.

The thought process we had that made us think we could make this business work is I have had two cats for over 4 years now and then when I moved in with Chris we decided between us that we wanted more and got two new kittens. Our pets are called Spencer, Storm, Honey and Nutmeg and we wouldn’t be without anyone of them in our lives, they make our lives complete and we love them like they are our children. Above you can see Spencer and Storm and below is Honey and Nutmeg.

The main part of our business is the pet sitting and we are also expanding into home day care and home boarding overnight but we are in the process of getting our license so this will be offered shortly. On the side of the pet sitting we also offer home help including Car valeting, house cleans, gardening, babysitting, grocery shopping and tip runs. We charge £10 per hour for any of the above jobs.
